Woman in White films Northern Ireland
BBC One”s forthcoming adaptation of Wilkie Collins” Gothic novel The Woman in White is set to film in Northern Ireland next year.
Listed on Production Intelligence since January this year, we can now confirm filming on the 4 x 60, which is written by Fiona Seres, will be underway by the spring.

Collins” atmospheric novel was written in 1859 and was considered among the first ‘mystery novels”. The book examines themes of insanity and identify, and centres on Walter Hartright who encounters a ghostly woman dressed all in white on a moonlit road.
BBC NI Drama is also busy in production on Paula, a revenge drama currently filming in and around Belfast, and Line of Duty Series 4, also shooting in the city.
