Holly Pye will be vice-chair, working under current chair Jane Muirhead

Holly Pye of Objective Media Group is to become vice-chair of Pact, with immediate effect; her term will run until December 2026.

Pye joined Objective in 2018 as the company’s first commercial director, and went to work across the group’s labels financing programmes and negotiating deals.

Before that, Pye was entertainment board director at talent agency James Grant Management and also ran the TV department in the UK of William Morris Endeavour.

In the same announcement, Pact confirmed five members co-opted to council:

• Julie Baines – founder and producer at Dan Films
• Nicky Bentham – founder and producer at Neon Films
• James Burstall – CEO of Argonon
• Billy Macqueen – executive producer and co-MD of Darrall Macqueen
• Steve Warr – managing director of Raw Cut
