Kevin Bacon has joined Gogglebox stars Christopher Steed and Stephen Webb for an advertising campaign for EE’s new TV service.

The 40-second advert developed by Saatchi & Saatchi London is scheduled to air Wednesday 25 February during The Brit Awards, with an extended version on EE’s YouTube channel. Adam Chiappe created the spot and Gary Freedman directed through Independent Films.

Bacon makes a stunning arrival at the pair’s Brighton home via a helicopter to set up an EE TV for the duo, and the commercial concludes with The Following star wearing Chris’ well-known pink shorts and being hoisted up in the air via the same chopper.
