Founded 2011, THG is the largest, most experienced drone film service provider in the UK. We’re proud to have feature credits including The Boys In The Boat, Downton Abbey, Red Notice, Fast and Furious and 1917 plus many fantastic drama clients.

Thanks to the the dedication of our entire team and crew we’re known for quality and innovation. Our pilots are top of their game with world champion accolades; our Operators and Technicians have vast experience and integrate seamlessly on set. Equipment is maintained in house and backup always available.

Our equipment inventory includes six ALTA 8 and ALTA X aircraft for payloads from Alexa 35, Mini LF and RED to the Sony Venice with Anamorphic zooms to the Arri 235 + 400ft mag. We own a Mini LF, Red Komodo and Z-Cam cameras, cinematic lightweight lenses, C-Motion and RT Motion lens control systems, Cobham Nano, Vaxis, Swit, Teradek and DJI Transmission systems. We offer a 3 camera array system for RED Komodo. Drone lighting options include our 20 x LED array or 2×2 LED array lights.

At the forefront of new technology we have eight Cine-lifter FPV drones for Komodo/Z-Cam/FX6 piloted by the two best British and World Champion racing pilots producing remarkable work for major features. These are flown fixed camera or as precision dual operated systems with gimbals.

We operate 3 Inspire 3 aircraft with X9 Air camera and DJI/Hasselblad primes and have created an FPV mod to bring a further dimension to Inspire work.

We have CAA Authorisation to operate 10m distance from uninvolved people in congested areas and to operate aircraft up to 36kg. We have EASA Authorisation (Europe) and relationships with Operators worldwide. Our Ops Team of three look after client bookings.
