Since 2020/21, Henden Manor Estates has offered secure, high quality private storage for the whole range of Film and TV props for major streaming as well as independent productions. These facilities lie in the centre of a privately owned 500 acre estate, which lies in good proximity to the studios close to London. The facilities are secure, closely monitored area and are managed by an experienced team, who offer the discretion required for high value and sensitive items. In summary:

– At its heart the high quality storage facilities for film & TV props offers 81,328 sq.ft of storage space, of which 58,062 sq.ft is covered. The uncovered area is good for storing shipping containers;
– To date, Henden has stored props for a total of 20 productions, consistently receiving good reviews. Space used by productions has ranged from 35,000 sq.ft to 1,200 sq.ft.;
– Productions, which have used Henden, have been sourced regularly by the main streaming companies, through mid-sized companies to independents;
– The facilities are located near Sevenoaks, 15 minutes from the M25/A21 junction and offer easy access for up to the largest articulated trucks onto the site and into the barns;
– The storage facilities lie in a secure gated area with 16 high-end closely monitored CCTV cameras as well as fire alarms and hi-speed Wi-Fi;
– The barns are insulated, dry, clean and tidy and have been proven to be good for construction, all types of props and high value/sensitive wardrobe;
– While the barns are not temperature-controlled, they are constantly monitored. When, for example, the outside temperature has risen to above 34C inside the main barns temperatures have been around 24C;
– There is an onsite office for teams using Henden, offering hi-speed Wi-Fi, kitchens and restrooms;
– If required, we can arrange trucks to move props to and from Henden;
– As required, we arrange the disposal of props fully compliant with all ESG requirements/regulations;
– Access to Henden is controlled but we can handle short notice and offer access 24/7.
