The show aims to ‘kick-start’ the nation after the holiday period

Whisper North is producing a holiday special with Joe Wicks for tx on 1 January 2026.

Joe Wicks New Year’s Day is an hour-long, lifestyle special for ITV, that will see the fitness coach and broadcaster attempt to energise, motivate and inspire viewers to get moving, with quickfire workouts and guest chat.

Wicks’ guests advising on healthy eating, staying positive and wellness, include chefs Nisha Katona and Tilly Ramsay, Dr Julie Smith and Javeno McLean; Olly Murs also joins the line-up for an interview and workout with Wicks. The show is executive produced by Tom McLennan.
