Steve Coogan, Charlotte Ritchie film Legends for Netflix

Filming on the six-part, Netflix series will take place mainly in London
Production is due to get up and running (w/c 24 March) on Netflix’s upcoming series Legends, produced by Tannadice Pictures and Lion Television; filming will take place over 17 weeks in largely London locations.
Coogan and Ritchie are on board the drama and are joined by Tom Burke, Hayley Squires, Aml Ameen, Jasmine Blackborow, Douglas Hodge, Tom Hughes, Johnny Harris and Gerald Kyd.

Neil Forsyth writes the 6 x 60′ series set in the early 1990s, when Her Majesty’s Customs and Excise struggled to combat illegal drug smuggling across Britain’s borders.
In response, they initiated a top-secret operation involving a small team of customs employees who went undercover, and became know as Legends as they navigatived the criminal underworld.
Brady Hood directs episodes 1-4, with Julian Holmes helming episodes 5-6.
Executive producers for Tannadice Pictures are Ben Farrell alongside writer and creator Forsyth. Richard Bradley is executive producer for Lion Television with Charlie Leech as series producer.
