On Saturday 21 June at Altitude 360 in the Millbank Tower, London, Directors UK will be hosting the Directors’ Festival.

Celebrating the art and craft of directing, the programme includes:

• Fresh off the back off the second series of ‘Line of Duty’, Jed Mercurio talks to Paul Unwin (‘Breathless’, ‘Messiah’) about showrunning.
   
• Geoff Posner (‘Live 8′, ‘The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Concert’, ‘Little Britain’) joins Special BAFTA winner Nikki Parsons, (The Voice, Strictly Come Dancing) discussing multi-camera directing.
   
• Multiple-BAFTA winners Nick Holt (The Murder Trial, Between Life and Death) and Ben Anthony (Life and Death Row, 7/7: One Day in London), will be talking about authored documentaries.
   
• There’s a special evening screening of the film that has been making  waves in the US  Belle - sponsored by Pinewood -  plus a Q&A with the film’s director Amma Asante.
   
• … all this, plus a chance to eat, drink and watch the football in breath-taking surroundings.
