Captive Minds Media hires Naked development boss
Luke Hollands takes up newly created role
Lorraine Kelly’s Norwegian Odyssey outfit Captive Minds Media has tapped Naked exec Luke Hollands to join in the newly created role of director of development.
Hollands, who joins the indie from next week, will work closely with chief executive Liz Mills, managing director Ross Haley and creative director David Harrison across features, formats and docs to expand its development slate.
He joins Fremantle-owned Naked, where he has served as head of development since 2024, working on titles including We Bought A Train (Discovery) and Celebrity Apprentice (BBC1).
Prior to joining Naked, he held the same role at Objective Media group label Betty for six years. Other credits include Naked Education (Channel 4) and Gino and Fred’s Emission Impossible (ITV), while his production credits include Whitehouse & Mortimer: Gone Fishing (BBC2), Top Gear (BBC1).

Captive Minds’ portfolio includes Lorraine Kelly’s Norwegian Odyssey (C4), Jonathan Ross’ Myths and Legends (More 4), Katie Price: Trauma and Me (C4) and both series of Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion (C4).
