This week sees Ken Loach go into production on his latest film, The Angel”s Share. Shot in Glasgow and around Scotland, the film tells the story of a habitual con trying to stay out of prison.

The script for the new film is by Paul Laverty, who also penned Looking For Eric and The Wind That Shakes The Barley for Loach.

The Angels’; Share’; will be filming in Glasgow and around Scotland from late April until early June, and is expected to be in cinemas in summer 2012.
